2021 GP Patient Survey results
The annual GP Patient Survey is an independent survey which allows patients to feed back their experience of the care and services they receive from their GP practice. Responses are collected between January and March each year.
After an incredibly difficult year, the team at Great Staughton Surgery are very proud of another outstanding result in the 2021 survey.
Highlights include:
- Great Staughton Surgery rated first of 85 practices across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CCG for overall experience.
- 100% of respondents had confidence and trust in the healthcare professional at their last appointment.
- 100% of respondents found the reception staff helpful.
- We have scored higher than the CCG average in every question.
