For all routine appointments, please complete the online request form which you can find here: Accrux
We will aim to respond to these requests within 5 working days please do not submit urgent requests via this route .
Urgent Appointments
If your need is of medical urgency, please call the surgery at 8am on 01480 860770 Monday to Friday.
You will be asked a series of questions by our reception team – please be prepared to answer them as this helps us book you with the relevant clinician.
Please be aware we only have a certain number of urgent on the day slots available, however we will signpost you to the most appropriate service should we have reached capacity.
Telephone Appointments
As an alternative to an appointment we are able to offer telephone advice. Please advise the receptionist of your problem and they will arrange for an appropriate clinician to contact you.
Chaperones
All patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation, examination or procedure where they feel one is required. Please contact the reception team for further details or discuss with the clinician you are details.
Late Arrivals
Patients are requested to arrive in good time for their designated appointment. If you arrive late please let the reception team know.
Patients who arrive late could face a delay or will be invited to rebook, this is at the discretion of the clinician who your appointment was with.

Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
Non-urgent advice: Notice
Face Coverings: Patients and visitors are no longer required to wear face coverings or follow social distancing measures when visiting the surgery, unless they have a cough, cold or covid symptoms.
